About Sims Group Engineers
Established in Asheville, North Carolina in 1992 and with additional offices in Greenville and Columbia, South Carolina, the Sims Group has become one of the largest consulting engineering companies in the area. With over 30 engineers and designers, we offer complete services for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering.
Our services include programming, engineering, permit application, and code review. With single source responsibility, this integrated team assures you of a coordinated project delivered on time to the highest quality standards. From new to rehabilitation to restoration projects, the Sims team uses the latest in computer-aided design (CAD) software, lighting design software, HVAC calculation software, and generator sizing software to make the design process faster and more efficient. Team members use AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, and Autodesk Revit for design and production.
