About Sims Group Engineers
Since 1992 Sims Group has been providing MEP design services to clients throughout the southeast. With offices in Asheville, North Carolina and Columbia, South Carolina, Sims Group is efficient in handling small projects, yet large enough to handle more complex projects.

With single source responsibility, this integrated team assures you of a coordinated project delivered on time to the highest quality standards. From new to rehabilitation to restoration projects, Sims Group uses the latest in computer-aided design (CAD) software, lighting design software, HVAC calculation software, and generator sizing software to make the design process faster and more efficient. Team members use AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, and Autodesk Revit for design and production.
