Clingman Ave. Lofts
Asheville, NC

Clingman Lofts consists of 3 well articulated buildings, connected by staircases. There will be a total of 21 units, each ranging from 600 to 1020 sqft and it is said that over half of the units will be sold affordably. Clingman is located in the beautiful river arts district where many of the local artist of Asheville reside. Clingman Lofts will be available in the Summer of 2008.
