Sims Group is currently working on the Multi-level, Mixed Use Building
in Columbia, SC. The project will include:
• Bank, 4200 SF single level
• Walgreens, 14,300 SF single level
• Retail Space, 1,800 SF
• Residential – One level of two-story condominiums
• Parking Garage, Ramp and two Parking Decks
The first (street) level shall include bank with drive-thru, Walgreens,
Retail space, parking garage, and entrance ramp to parking deck. The
second and third level shall include the parking decks. The fourth level
shall include twenty-six two story residential units. Two stairwells
and two elevators provide vehicle circulation.
Sims Group will be providing HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection
design for the facility. This project is the center piece of a major
renewal of 5 Points in Columbia, SC.
