Barringer BuildingColumbia, SC
A 12-story historic building renovation in Columbia, SC, the Barringer Building is the oldest high rise in the State of South Carolina. The building was completely renovated into a mixed-use facility with a bank occupying the street level and the mezzanine level, commercial office space on the second floor, and ten stories of residential living that include 2 and 3 bedroom residential apartments. Sims Group collaborated with the general contractor and the subcontractors on design of systems and budgets.
