The Sims Group has worked closely with architects/planners in all phases of construction for the establishment of new construction at The Village at Sandhill. We have provided design and tenant upfit for just some of the following retail spaces:
Included in the Village at Sandhill are four (4) buildings with retail at street level and two (2) or three (3) story condominiums above. Condominiums have gate control/or parking security/intercom system for main entrance with full high speed data/com/tv network.
