The Sims Group has worked closely with Beame Architectural Partnership and CDA Architects in all phases of design from site utility distribution to construction documents for this 300 acre mixed-use development. The first phase, The Marketplace, included a 63,000 square foot BILO Super Store and 66,000 square feet of retail. Subsequent phases of over 650,000 square feet of retail features the Town Center. Retailers such as Talbot’s, Ann Taylor Loft and James A. Banks, as well as numerous restaurant and side walk bistros, are featured. Town Center also features four mid-rise condominiums with retail. At completion, over 1,000,000+ square feet of retail will be the focus of the mixed-use development. Some of the retail includes:
