Sims Group provides services to clients in the southeast region from Virginia through the Carolinas to Georgia, Florida and Tennessee. Our project services are always led by a Principal in the firm. All the necessary disciplines for engineering are provided by the team to ensure complete design coordination. Design services include:

From new to rehabilitation to restoration projects, the Sims team uses the latest in computer-aided design (CAD) software, lighting design software, HVAC calculation software, and generator sizing software to make the design process faster and more efficient. Team members use AutoCAD 2007 for design and production.
